Land is the first bean to bar chocolate personally hand crafted by Phil Landers since setting up his own eponymous brand based in Bethnal Green, East London. Having previously worked for Mast Brothers & paul.a.young fine chocolates, Phil started producing his own chocolate in 2016 and within the first year had won the Academy of Chocolate bronze award for his Nicaraguan dark bar in the dark 80% category.



Duffy Sheardown has been producing his hand made bean to bar chocolate in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire since 2011 when he decided to have a career change from team manager in the motor racing industry. He has won numerous awards from The Academy of Chocolate including The Golden Bean award   for his Honduras Indio Rojo 72% bar in 2011 & a resounding Gold award for his Ocumare 55% milk chocolate in 2013.
