Through every iteration of our growth over the last demi-decade, one thing that has persisted throughout is this brewery’s love of hops, and how we’ve born an entire business that now looks after the livelihoods of fourteen team members from this love. The Hop Studio felt like a natural extension of this love – showcasing the single most complex, wonderfully diverse ingredient we use in our process bar none. The absolute phenomenon known as Strata first landed at Polly’s HQ in 2022 and we, like the rest of our contemporaries were absolutely blown away by the aroma and flavour compounds in this darling of the craft beer industry. A full on explosion of layered mango, passionfruit, fresh strawberries and melon, along with a dank herbal note of drifting cannabis. Producers Indie Hops weren’t lying when they described this incredible varietal as “passionfruit meets pot”.

We are including free local delivery for orders over £20. This will cover SE13, SE12, SE10, SE6, SE4 & SE3. Delivery days will normally be Wednesday and Friday. If you order Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday (before 10am), you will receive your delivery on Wednesday. If you order on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (before 10am), you will receive your delivery on Friday.
