From Riverlands, Australia, in this jewel of a Pét-Nat the Nero d’Avola brings colour and flavours of bright red fruit, which cut through the vibrant citrus and stone fruit of the Vermentino. Bright, full of flavour, and great fun to drink.
Nose: Hints at sweet berries with an undercurrent of lime and sea spray
Palate: Opens with a sweet, almost raspberry lolly like fruitiness
Finish: Super dry. Accentuated by the fine spritz of bubbles and a slightly earthy element.
